Wake Forest quarterback Sam Hartman threw for 337 yards and six touchdowns two weeks ago against Clemson. Curiously, an ESPN talking head wondered if Wake Forest can do that to Clemson, how can the Tigers expect to compete with Ohio State in the playoffs.
That observation missed the point. Wake Forest’s passing attack ranks with any in the nation. Seven receivers caught passes and four of them touchdowns. …
